Preparation / cooking time: 15 minutes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍽 Servings: 1⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the Pork Fajita:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 Tbsp olive oil, for cooking⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 150 grams of pork slices⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ½ tsp chili powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ tsp cumin seed⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ tp garlic powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ tsp onion powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ tsp paprika⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Salt and pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the Lettuce Wrap:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 25 grams Romaine lettuce⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ red onions, sliced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ¼ red pepper, sliced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4 lemon slices, to serve⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
